Owner
Randy Hawkins established Starko, Inc. 33 years ago. Randy and his wife Sheila of 38 years reside in Wilmar, AR. They are active members of Shady Grove Baptist Church. They have 2 daughters, Stephanie and husband Adam and Paige and husband Chris. Randy and Sheila are blessed with 4 grandkids; softball player Anna, track runner Colt, and mini bronco and bull cowboys Blaine and Cooper. Randy has several years of experience; he worked for Chase Bag Company for 5 years as Plastic production manager. Randy worked on the road for several years building his business and Customer Satisfaction.
Clark Hickam
Operations Manager
Clark Hickam is the Operations Manager at Starko. Clark and his wife Sharon reside in Wilmar and are active members of Shady Grove Baptist Church. They have 1 daughter Jordan, 2 sons, Hunter and Jake and 1 grandson Kai. Clark worked on the road as supervisor for 12 years prior to becoming operations manager. He handles safety inspections, customer relations and purchasing. “My years of working on the road have helped me in my job of understanding what the customer’s needs are and seeing that their needs are fulfilled.”
Adam Wright
Structural Detailer
Adam is the structural designer for Starko. Adam and wife Stephanie reside in Monticello and are active members of Shady Grove Baptist Church. They have 1 daughter Anna. Adam provides high quality CAD based design drawings, details, sketches and models of structures related to the plastics industry. He is responsible for all facets of the design drawings required on projects assigned including specifications of mechanical equipment according to engineering sketches and specifications of the plastic industry.
Bryan Davis – BK
Project Manager
BK is project manager for Starko. BK and wife Brandy reside in Monticello and are active members of New Life Assembly of God Church. They have 1 son, Drake and 1 daughter, Olivia. BK worked on the road as a supervisor for 14 years prior to becoming project manager. He has supervised the Installation of blown film towers and resin conveying systems along with silos.
Josh Gibson
Structural Detailer
Josh is the structural designer for Starko. Josh and his wife Shelby reside in Monticello and are active members of Shady Grove Baptist Church. Josh was an activate basketball player for UAM while obtaining his Bachelor Degree. Josh provides high quality CAD based design drawings, details, sketches and models of structures related to the plastics industry. He is responsible for all facets of the design drawings required on projects assigned including specifications of mechanical equipment according to engineering sketches and specifications of the plastic industry.
